Backstage Privacy
What happens to your rehearsals when the curtain is down: what is kept, who reads it, and how to remove it.
What is kept
- Account: email address, first name, date of birth, gender, a hash in place of your password, plus anything you add to your script page.
- Your chats, and the short notes each partner writes about your takes.
- Cookies, two of them: the session itself, and a note that the adult door was passed.
- A payment leaves only the sum and the transfer reference behind. Cards are never taken, so no card detail reaches us.
- Server logs of the usual kind, cleared after a short while.
Who reads it
Messages go to a language model that writes the replies; it runs on equipment we operate or at a supplier hired for that task alone. An automatic safety screen reads them too. Rehearsals are not sold, and no advertiser gets a look.
Counting the house
A basic counter shows how many people visit and roughly from where. It cannot read what you wrote.
Taking it back
Every chat has its own buttons for the partner's notes, for a copy and for clearing. Closing the account altogether means writing from the email you joined with. Rights your country adds on top are yours on request.
